-New leader= Me Very Happy

-Request is sent, it includes Bikes, Cars, HQ, Skins, and Helicopter
-Rules, application and other things is made

-Our request did look well. It includes this following things:
1 Remington
1 Savanna
2 Freeway(s)
2 Burrito(s)
Special: Leviathan (big helicopter)
Weapons:
Baseball bat
Tec9
-Yasuro got accepted
-Yasuro got ranked as Co-Owner
-Gentlemen Of The Tires is now Neutral, as we don't know them yet

(LA HQ may not be in the server right now, reason: Server is still under construction)

-RS Haul is now allies with LA, they will deliver weapons and other stuff for us. Protect them if they get in trouble!

-The 10 tests is a litle changed
-Baseball bat is replaced with Katana
-The Co-Leader Yasuro is now active in the server
-Folder for the old applications is added

-Rules is a bit changed. LA members have to destroy the vehicles after use or return them!
-The Co-Leader is currently muted. He got muted for spam, and there is no unmute command at the moment
-New rule is added: Rule 12
